Prince William visited Low Carbon Materials (LCM) at their Jade Business Park headquarters to see first-hand their work as the net zero innovation partner to the construction industry.
As the Founder and President of the Earthshot Prize, Prince William was first introduced to LCM when they became Finalists of the awards in 2022.
Dr Natasha Boulding, Co-founder and CEO, led the tour and demonstrated the company’s flagship product, OSTO®, a gravel-like material to decarbonise concrete. They also got hands-on with LCM’s newest innovation, ACLA®, a carbon-negative material that lowers the carbon footprint of asphalt in roads.
