Phase 3 – Outline Planning consent has been secured to further develop Jade Business Park with six units from 20,000 sq ft to 85,000 sq ft (Phase 2) and a single unit of 255,000 sq ft (Phase 3).
Jade Business Park
Jade Business Park provides a mix of detached and semi-detached industrial units completed to a high specification. The units range from 7 to 8m eaves height and all have quality first-floor office accommodation with designated car parking and loading yards. Access to the warehouse areas is via up and over electrically operated loading doors from the service yard.
Due to the quality of the development, we are now 100% full. We have outline planning to develop the second phase of Jade Business Park that includes an additional 39.64 acres of development land with six units from 20,000 to 85,000 sq ft. Phase 3 has the capacity to accommodate large scale design and build projects up to 255,000 sq ft.
Situated just off the A19 next to Dalton Park the units are well located to serve County Durham, in addition to the Tyne & Wear and Teesside conurbations. Furthermore, access to Dalton Park means there is a wealth of amenities available to occupiers.
Jade Business Park is now 100% occupied. Jade was the only new speculative development in the whole of the North East LEP area in 2020. The buildings at Jade are brand new, under warranty and more energy efficient giving tenants a more cost effective unit to occupy.
