Jade Business Park
Jade Business Park is a new speculative development providing a mix of detached and semidetached industrial units completed to a high specification. The units range from 7 to 8m eaves height and all have quality first floor office accommodation with designated car parking and loading yards. Access to the warehouse areas is via up and over electrically operated loading doors from the service yard. It is the quality of the development which has already lead to Sumitomo Electric taking a 50,000 sq ft pre-let at Jade.
